noosfero uses TinyMCE as its visual text editor. TinyMCE is free software and is available at http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/.
This article shows how to use the "Format" feature of TinyMCE to
organize your text. The title of the article is a "Heading 1" format,
so you might not use it inside your text.
first section
For sections in you text, you can use the "Heading 2" format. To do this, you type the line and select "Heading 2" in the "Format" box.
You can also select the format of the text before typing it.Every time you hit ENTER to start a new paragraph of text, the format is reset to type paragraphs, because that's the most common case: you first enter a title, and then start you regular text below it. If you need something different (like creating two titles in a row), you can just select a format again.
subsections are "Heading 3" ...
... and so on, you can use headings up to level 6:
heading 4
heading 5
heading 6
About the size of the headings
This will depend on several things:
- your browser's font
- your screen resolution
- the font size defined in noosfero
